oops, sorry, was going to write a quick description. Its the best

thing ever, IMHO. Its a seasoning salt with (let me just cpy off the

label) coarse flake salt, hungarian sweet paprika, Tellicherry black

pepper, thyme, cracked rosemary, granulated garlic and chipolte. It

has this nice rich slightly smokey, slight spicy flavor. They also

have a Northwoods Fire, which has more chipolte and cayenne and is

almost as good. Penzeys is this amazing chain that sells spices, herbs

and spice mixes, all of very good quality and lots of things you can't

find very many places. They just opened up one down the street from

my parents' place in Arlington, MA and every time I go to visit, I

spend at least half an hour in there. The whole place just smells so

good! Their website is http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-

bin/penzeys/shophome.html.

jeez, I sound like I work for them or something, but really, i don't.

They are just awesome.
