Guest guest
Sure Lori, I know vegetarians that hate vegetables. There are always different recipes and you can work some of those hated ingredients right into them. I find that if you puree vegetables they take on a different. My friend can't stand beans and yet I made the refried bean soup, from the files and he loves it. How about a black bean soup? You might want to try that recipe to start with, maybe if you can change the texture of the beans you will like them.
