I make this one too. It's good as a dip or a sauce.

> 1/2 lb. firm or extra firm tofu (not silken)

> 3/4 cup vegetable broth or water

> 1/4 cup canola oil

> 2 Tablspoons soy sauce

> 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

> 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried basil

> 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

> 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

> 1 clove garlic minced

> Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend.
