Hi,

My kids were the first to discover this show on TLC. It is on in the

evenings. It's called " Honey we're killing the Kids " . It takes a family

with the SAD diet and sedentary lifestyle and show them what their kids will

look like at the age of 40 if they keep up this way of life. Then they go

in and give them different things to change in their life each week for 3

weeks.

 

It is a great show. Sit down and watch it with your kiddo's. They need to

hear this stuff too. We love it.
