Guest guest Posted May 2, 2006 Report Share Posted May 2, 2006 Hey everybody i was reading the posts that were about bagged veggies and lettuces.As a chef in some resturants that used i to work in we used to get bagged veggies and i still would make my prep cooks and other cooks go thru the bags and look for forgien objects and boy i could tell you some storys but i wont..but i think that when you go out to eat restaurants are now a corprate type,you have to be carefull and they are trying to keep labor costs down so they are using more bagged foods and veggies .so a word to the wise look at your food first and dont be afraid to say something to the management if you find something bad...Lou Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
