i really appreciated all the links and will check them out. i have to

pluck up the courage and phone the local SDA church, too because

i bet they have some ideas where i can find them locally. i used to

see them advertising a Dorcas cooking class when my dh worked

in an office near them.

They'd love for you to call and share info with you. No courage necessary. LOL

I'm sure their cooking classes would be good. I have done several in the past,

along with a friend and we always had fun choosing the recipes to prepare and

displays of great items, lessons, etc. I just love this site and how many

folks are sharing great recipes and great ideas. Support for Vegetarian

lifestyle is very important, especially for those making those first begining

steps and for us veterans Vegetarians.
