Expose on Bagged Salads

In digest #790, Lily said, " I bought those a few times.

One had a live ladybug and the other had a worm so I just

don't feel safe eating bagged salads, they taste gritty too. "

 

~~ Well, at least those bugs were still ALIVE! *lol* i would be

more grossed out if i had opened the bag to find them dead by

pesticides or worse. Homegrown salad greens get grit, worms,

and ladybugs sometimes, too... just got to swish'em in some

cold water.
