Guest guest
Hi Eiko Yes, I love my bread machine. Some of the recipes I use are in the files. This is the basic Wholewheat recipe that I use: Basic Wholewheat Bread 275 ml/1.25cups water 1 Tbsp oil (I usually use grapeseed or sunflower) 425 g/3 cups strong wholewheat bread flour 1.25 tsp salt 2 tsp soft brown sugar 2 Tbsp dried skimmed milk powder 2tsp fast-acting dried yeast Add all ingredients in the order required by your breadmaker. Set for basic wholewheat setting. I usually add poppy, sesame and sunflower seeds. Sometimes I might add golden linseeds, pumpkin seeds and/or millet. Christie , " E.C.
