Hello To All ~

 

I just joined this group; :-)

 

My name is JoJo, and I live with my hubby in Northern Indiana. We have 3

grown children and one 2-year old, beautiful granddaughter, Fiona Coleen, who is

perfect in every way. (Grandma talking here, LOL)

 

We also have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 parakeet, 2 Cavies, 2 mice, and an assortment of

freshwater tropical fish that follow us when we walk by, lol.

 

Since the first of this year, I have gotten into regular weekly fasting, and

am doing pretty good at eating healthy; I have lost 40 lbs. since January 1, and

am pleased about that. It is a challenge, as my hubby is totally addicted and

committed to the S.A.D. lifestyle.... **Sigh**

 

I put some links in the Links Section, for anyone who is interested.

 

This seems like a great group, and I am sure that I will be reading all of the

posts, as I can. Sometimes life gets in the way of things, unfortunatly. But I

am glad to be here, and thanks again for having me. :-)
