Guest guest Posted May 1, 2006 Report Share Posted May 1, 2006 Barley with Grapes and Citrus Salad 2 tablespoons olive or other vegetable oil 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon orange juice 2 cups cooked barley (do not overcook) 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved 1/2 cup sliced celery 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper In mixing bowl, whisk together oil, lemon and orange juices.
