Guest guest
I agree about the Xlear gum. I like it too. I haven't heard anything negative about xylitol, in fact only good. It actually helps prevent cavities. I know it's processed but it comes from the birch tree. I think splenda is bad. I work in a health food store and when it first started getting popular we read an article about it listing all kinds of bad health problems it can cause. I've forgotten most, but I remember reading that heavy users of splenda will likely end up on dialysis with 15 years. Not for me.
