Guest guest
I had a feeling Spenda was bad, I forgot to ask Julie about this one. I know what you mean about you fil. My ex mil had diabetes and couldn't understand why grapes and orange juice would raise her blood sugar, I tried to help her so many times, she always thought it was only candy she had to stop. As soon as her reading was normal now and then, she would grab Butterfinger, she had to celebrate. Very sad. I did see the grocery store in my neoghborhood has Stevia on the same shelf as sugar now, and Whole Foods has stevia cookbooks on the same shelf with the vegetarian cookbooks. Moderation is key in my life. Not quite sure what I'd so if I had to go sugarless. While I'm babbling...my FIL frustrates me to no end. Over Easter break, he'd munch away on several pieces of bread the restaurants provided, ate pasta, etc. etc. then wouldn't eat dessert if it wasn't sugar free because he's trying to avoid diabetes. Thanks for letting me vent for a moment. Beth If I'm free, it's because I'm all ways running. Source: Jimi Hendrix How low will we go? Check out Messenger’s low PC-to-Phone call rates. Guest guest
the powder is not as bitter as the liquid extract. I use it 50/50 and it is alright. It helps me cut down on my sugar usage. Remember, men DO NOT like any change. Julie dh says stevia tastes like sh**. I've not myself tried it. Anyone???? (HUGS) re: your exMIL. Is she still alive?
