Guest guest
Let's see. One just finished with chemo and radiation for breast cancer and lives on diet soda, cigarettes, meat and potatoes. If I bring in a veggie dish for potluck she will be the first to make a smart remark to me and I have never ever said anything to her about her habits, I know this is her defense mechanism. The others are extremely overweight and live off the lunch truck with a diet soda in hand, two have high blood pressure and one is diabetic. One has had skin cancer spots removed but still worships the sun and tanning booths. Donna Guru Khalsa <greatyoga wrote: Donna, How healthy are these ladies? I shall pass your article along to them but I'm sure they will think I'm a vegetarian fanatic health nut. It's worth a try if at least one will listen. Guest guest
OMG!!!! Aspartame can and will cause breast cyst eventually turning into cancer. Bet them $100.00 if they cut out the diet drinks they would lose weight. The food cravings will stop almost immediately. It makes you crave sweets too. These stories break my heart. They are dying while laughing at you, literally! I work with a nurse who has a nasty skin disease, has osteoporosis, hair is falling out, all her joints pain her almost to death, cant sleep, stays sick, has stomach ulcers, memory loss, and on, and on, and on. She drinks 15- 20 oz diet cokes a day. I educated her while I was educating myself and she never took any advice. She would say " after I finish my last pack I'll stop " . She was very addictive. Aspartame causes skin rashes and her doctor said it was undiagnosable!! This was at DUKE research center too. It was the dang aspartame!!!! I'll pray for these ladies, Julie Let's see. Guest guest
She drinks 15- 20 oz diet cokes a day. Good grief. You need to get up EARLY to drink this much soda in a day. Blech. I feel bad if I have 1 more than 2 days in a row. Julie Braswell <abnjb wrote: Beth “The right adult at the right time can make an enormous difference. Guest guest
yes. She is like a chain smoker with her diet cokes. She has two open at the time and drinks out of them both. It was mind boggling to me, but after learning the effects of Aspartame, I see why she does it. Julie She drinks 15- 20 oz diet cokes a day. Good grief. Guest guest
LOL, she has MULTIPLE stomach and intestinal ulcers. The doc told her the drinks had nothing to do with it. Bet they saw $$$$$$$$$$$$ when she came in the door. Julie That is completely insane. Has she had her stomach replaced recently??? That stuff just rots your guts out.
