after the roasted brussel sprouts worked so well, I

tried them on the bar b yesterday... came out very

good. My girlfriend told me about oen I'm trying

today:

 

put garlic cloves in aluminum foil, and throw on the

grill thill they get liquidy,

 

cut open a baguett, rub the garlic mush all over it

 

put on some slices of brie

close the sandwich and put back on the bar b q until

the brie melts

I made the sandwich last night, only difference was that I added

sliced tomat and basil before re-grilling... amazing!!!

we had a pretty crazy bar b q last night during the (disapointing) game

 

these garlic/ brie sandwiches

followed by grilled red peppers, zuchini and portobello mushrooms.

the pepper was plain, the zuchini was coated in garlic soy sauce, the

ports were coated in olive oil and montreal steak spice..

finished with yves bavarian vegie sausages

 

barely had room for the beer after all that...
