Lentil-Potato Burgers and a question Hey PT here's your answer

Sorry I should a put that information in the recipe. I make 5 good

size patties and I usualy eat 2 and make a double burger.

I save the rest for during the week. I never tried to freeze them,

they go so fast.

I will try that next time, I could make a bigger batch and freze 5

and use 5.

I think they are just as good in the oven as on the stove. I can't

stand to clean the stove, dishes are bad enough so I bake them.
