Guest guest Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 Stir Fry 1 Can Worthington Choplets 1 Bell Peppers, sliced in big pieces 1 Onion Chopped in large pieces 1 Carrot sliced 1 Celery Rib, sliced 1 cup of fresh chopped Broccoli 1-2 minced garlic 1 TBSP Bill Best " Beaf " Seasoning 1/2 tsp ground ginger Salt to taste or use Braggs Liquid Aminos(soy sauce alternative that tastes as salty as Soy Sauce but has MUCH LESS Sodium) 4 cups of cooked Basmati Rice Drain the Can of Choplets and pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the Choplets into bite size pieces. Put into Choplet pieces into a hot frying pan with some Canola oil and brown. Add the Bill's Best " Beaf " Seasoning to it and brown minute longer. Put Choplets into a bowl for later. Add the Vegetables to the Frying pan with a bit of Canola Oil. and stir constantly over high heat until brightly colored. Add the ginger and garlic and stir until well to blend. Add the Choplets back into the frying pan with the Vegetables. Add salt to taste or Braggs lqd.
