Guest guest Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 Potato " Chicken " Noodle Soup 8 c. water 4 lg. potatoes peeled, chopped and rinsed. 1 med. onion, chopped 2 ribs of Celery chopped 1 Carrot, chopped 1 can Worthington Fri-Chic, chopped ( Vegetarian Chicken like product) 1 8 oz. bag of either dumpling pasta, egg noodles or angel hair pasta 6 Tbsp. of Bill's Best Chic-nish Seasoning Parsley(optional) Salt to Taste 1 Tbsp. Oil(optional) Bring water to a boil and add potatoes, onion, celery, carrots, chopped Fri-chik(including broth), Bill Best Chic-nish Seasoning, salt and oil. Cook until almost tender and add dry pasta and cook until pasta and veggies are tender. Optional- Mix together two eggs in a bowl and add to soup at the end and stir in immediately. It only takes a minute for the eggs to cook and it is very important to stir the soup, while you pour in the egg. Add parley just before serving as a garnish.
