Guest guest
Pizza Crust 1 1/4 cup hot water 1/2 cup milk makes lukewarm temp. when combined 2 Tbs. Oil 1 Tbs. honey 2 tsp instant yeast 4-5 cups of Unbleached Flour (I like King Arthur brand) 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. gluten(optional) Combine water, milk, yeast, oil and honey. Add flour, gluten, and salt. Stir until well mixed. Knead just slightly(about 5 minutes) to make a smooth ball. Let rise until doubled. Divide the dough in half and roll out onto oiled pizza pans. This will be enough dough to make two crusts. Bake crusts for 5-7 minutes in a 375 degree oven. I like to add fresh Rosemary and dried minced garlic to this crust when I make it, but it is optional. I use with a Air-Bake Pizza pan with the holes in the bottom or a stone pan. 1 can. Worthington Vegetarian Burger 1 jar of Pizza Sauce Toppings of Choice - We love pinapple, onions, olives, green peppers, mushrooms, etc. Cheddar Cheese, grated Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 Tbsp oregano dried. Crumble the Vegi-Burger in a hot Frying pan that has about 1-2 Tbsp. Canola oil in it and brown. Set aside. Pour Pizza Sauce over baked Pizza Crust. Add browned Vegetarian Burger and toppings of choice. Mix the cheeses and oregano together and sprinkle over pizza. Bake at 425 about 25 min. until crust is brown on bottom and cheese is bubbling.
