Guest guest Posted April 29, 2006 Report Share Posted April 29, 2006 Black Bean Stack 2 cans of Black Beans 3 cups. of cooked Basmati Rice or Brown Rice Chopped Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, and Onions. Salsa Cheddar Cheese, grated Heat the beans. Serve in separate dishes. Each person puts on their plate first in this order, hot rice, then hot black beans, cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and salsa.
