Wow thanks for all that info. I'll watch the spice and see what happens.

(I'm not sure I could ever give it up though). I think it was a stressful day

that brought it on. I've been doing my yoga again and it definitely helps. And I

think I'm over the caffiene hump. I don't eat much chocolate, unlike my

husband I can eat 2 malted milk balls and be done when I do want it.

 

On a side note, I went through a Korean cookbook I got from the library and

copied a recipe for cold cucumber soup, I'm going to make it soon and if its

good I'll post it. AmyF
