Mystery Pot Paula

I have 4 German Romertopf unglazed clay pots, well seasoned and they make the

best oven roasted veggies. They don't look this at all. I'm not sure a glazed

clay pot would work any differently than a glass casserole dish.

I have never see your myetery pot, strange shape. Here' s what I would bake

in it. One of our lentil or TVP loaves from the files, when it's done turn over

onto a round serving dish and place a bowl of gravy on the center hole and a

bunch of steamed veggies around the outside of the loaf. Can you see it now?

There is a hole in the cone and the knob on the lid is hollowed inside to

allow steam or heat to collect from the hole and fall down into the pot.

So what would this pot be good for? OK--I know I'm leaving myself wide

open on this one! **LOL**
