Guest guest
I noticed it is similar to the " Nersa's Meatless Loaf " recipe recently posted. (after mentioning the ways we'd " tweak " it. lol) I've also heard that some loaves are better this way: Make loaf according to directions. (Making a day ahead would be great.) When ready to serve, reheat slices of it instead of as a whole. (the directions I read said to microwave the slices) This was a way to firm them up I guess... I have one slice left from last night, so I'll try that and see how it comes out. I think other cooking methods would work out well too. Small tins, mini loaves, etc instead of the average size loaf pan.. I've heard many people like their leftover loaf as a sandwich... Has anyone tried this? I've never thought it sounded that appealing, but who knows... lol ~Kort btw - I've never talked this much about meetloaf in my life! LOL I don't even like the word " loaf " ...sounds yucky.... ;P On Apr 27, 2006, at 10:18 PM, Donnalilacflower wrote: > This looks like a wonderful loaf, I can use my TVP econstituted in > it instead.
