Guest guest
Cherry Tomatoes in Garlic I posted this recipe a few years ago, a woman that reviewed it said she freezes them, lets them defrost then rinses and they turned out great. I will be trying that in tomato season, the ones now are like rubber balls. 1 pint cherry tomatoes 1 clove garlic, peeled & crushed 1/2 teaspoon salt Rinse tomatoes and shake off excess water. Place in a plastic bag with the garlic and the salt. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Turn occasionally to blend flavours. Rinse tomatoes briefly before serving. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
