Hi Amy,

I'm so glad your migraine is gone. My daughter suffered from

migraines from kindergarten through the 2nd grade. They started

occuring once a week, but the doctor didn't really do much since he

said it was hereditary. Then she had a massive nose bleed, and I

panicked and demanded that they figure out what was going on (being

paranoid, I thought she had a brain tumor!)....luckily it was just one

of those low level sinus infections that never went away. She now

suffers from migraines only once or twice a year.

Have you thought about seeing a natural health practioner? If you

don't have a natural health practitioner, you may want to look into

it. My 2 daughters and myself now see a chiropractor for most of our

issues. He was highly recommended by a friend. He advocates a very

clean diet, emotional balance, natural health, and is very open

minded. He is the one that recommended that I eat a maximum of 4oz of

meat a week if at all (one of the big pushes that led me to a new

vegetarian lifestyle), and he has helped me control my rheumatoid

arthritis naturally. I hope I don't sound pushy or like I'm on a soap

box...I just really sympathize with you since I've had to see my

daughter struggle with migraines.
