Guest guest
Thanks Donna- I feel better. Smiles back to you- Sharon PS) As a homesick Pennsylvanian I tend to make more " American " foods than anything. Australians are BIG on m**t- not too many vegetarians around it seems. I would nearly kill for a Boca burger- they have VERY little to choose from as far as replacers go in my part of AU- and everything is SO expensive! But we spent a week in New Zealand a few years back and that was even WORSE- less choice and even HIGHER prices! lol Let me tell you- God Bless America- as it is the land of plenty, soooo much choice- we are spoiled and dont' even realise it! Most recipes here I have a hard time making without making substitutions as we just don't have the products like you do. But I do my best. I will get myself together and share something Aussie oriented soon. Thai food is the big thing now.... anything with coconut milk is popular. Which isn't great for me- cos i don't like coconut too well.
