Guest guest
Amy, You may want to try vfeverfew tea for migranes. Another thing you may want to try especially since you d o yoga is netis. Almost all headaches arecaused by sinus trouble . You may not notice it because it could be " wet " or " dry " sinus trouble. Take a neti pot or container and fill with warm water. Proportionately use one quart of water ot 1 tsp. sea salt. Turn your head and put water in one nostil until it comes out the other nostril. Switch sides and do to other side. Also sit on left heel. This may take awhile. Sit on floor with heel bone contacting the " sit bone " . There are " nasya " oils to put in nose but we would have ot figure out your constitution or dosha. That takes awhile. Try eating more bitter foods and stay off spicy foods except garlic and see what happens. For many people spicy foods (or any food that aggravate one's dosha ) can drive the symptoms further into the body. Since we are on this, if one eats too much. I know that no one on this forum does that and just people we know do that. Sit on floor on both heels. Lean back until shoulders and head rest on ground and relax for no more than 3 minutes.
