Mother's Day

I'm planning a vegetarian dinner at my Mother's home. Everyone there agreed to

it so I'm all excited. I had better b\hurry and try some recipes from the

files. I know I'll be making hummus, guacamole, and I thought about the hominy

and black bean enchiladas because my family loves both of those and I've never

tried them in an enchilada dish. I want to make a quiche or dinner pie or

casserole also.
