Guest guest
This is good and hot. I don't know if I used the correct chiles or not, I got some hot ones at the Asian grocery store. This recipe is out of GET SAUCY by Grace Parisi Pineapple Chile Marinade 4 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced 4 Thai bird chiles or 1 large finger chile, thinly sliced Finely grated zest of one lime 1/4 cup lime huice 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice 1/4 cup olive oil salt to taste Freshly ground black pepper to taste In a large, nonreactive bowl and using a wooden spoon, pound together garlic, chiles and lime zest until mashed. Add lime juice, pineapple juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Marinade for kabobs, tofu steaks, and good spooned over rice. Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1 & cent;/min.
