You can also use seasonal fruit to vary the flavors. 1 lb. soft tofu 2 cups sliced mango 1 cup mashed bananas 3 tbsps. rice syrup or apple juice concentrate 2 tbsps. lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. orange zest 1/2 tsp. ground ginger In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until just smooth.
