Guest guest
I've been making these for over 30 years. I try not to use any of the fake meats, it's been so long since I've eaten meat that I don't want to be reminded of the taste. ULTIMATE SPROUT BURGER 2 cups fresh mixed sprouted peas and lentils 2 eggs lightly beaten 1 small onion minced 1/2 teaspoon salt shake in some pepper 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce (check the ingredients) 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 pound much rooms, chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil Wheat buns and garnish In a blender combine sprouts and eggs and process until fairly smooth. Put in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and stir to blend. Let sit about 5 minutes. In a large skillet add a little oil, get it hot and add spoon sprout mixture into 4 patties, flatten them with back of the spoon. Cook until golden brown on each side. Takes about 5 minutes on each side. Toast the buns and garnish with all the fixin's. You know like mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, pickles, and cheese if you use it. Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
Guest guest
Now these sounds great for a change. I get so tired of the frozen ones. I have a place by me that sells organic sprouts every Saturday.
