Guest guest Posted April 26, 2006 Report Share Posted April 26, 2006 Summer Breakfast 4 fresh figs 2 fresh peach 4 ripe yellow plums 1 honeydew or cantaloupe melon 16 strawberries 3 cups yogurt 5 tablespoons honey, I don't use the fruit is sweet enough for me. Peel and slice the figs, remove peach pit and cut the peach into thick slices, remove plum pit and quarter the plums. Place around a large plate. Deseed the melon, remove the outside skin and chop into bite sized squares, add to the plate together with the fresh strawberries. Pour the yogurt in the center of the dish and drizzle everything with the honey. Yogurt: Substitute fat-free plain or vanilla yogurt if you like. Makes 4 servings.
