I just love sweet potatoes and they are loaded with nutrition. Here are two

ways that I particularly enjoy eating them.

 

I bake them and then eat them, either cold or hot, like an apple. They are

so good. Wrap them up and take them with you. They make a healthy snack

when you are on the go.

 

The 2nd way that I enjoy them, is to peel them and then cut them into large

steak size fries size. I then put them in a large ziplock bag and add a

little cooking oil and a little salt, close the bag and mix well. Then I

pour them onto a sprayed baking sheet and bake them at 400 degrees for about

30 minutes or until crispy. Make sure they don't touch each other or they

will steam instead of getting crispy.
