Guest guest Posted April 25, 2006 Report Share Posted April 25, 2006 Tomato Mozzarella Salad 3 large tomatoes, sliced 8 oz. mozzarella, sliced 1/4 cup extra virgin olive (EVOO) or vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 1/4 cup minced fresh basil On a large serving platter, alternate tomatoes and mozzarella slices. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the oil, salt and pepper; shake well. Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with basil. Yield: 6 servings.
