Its cold and damp here today so I made a tummy warmer. Easy and Quick. 1 16 ounce package frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed and drained 1 16 ounce package frozen baby lima beans, thawed and drained 2 14 1/2 ounce cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano, undrained 2 14 1/2 ounce cans vegetable broth 1 10 ounce package frozen sliced okra, thawed and drained 1 1/4 cups chopped onion 2 teaspoons hot sauce 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 bay leaf Place all ingredients in a 4-quart electric slow cooker; stir well.
