Veggie Tuna (carrots) 5 lbs carrots, peeled 2 stalks celery 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional) 1 sm. red onion, diced 1 lg tomato ½c mayo 2Tbsp soy sauce 1Tbsp salt 2tsp kelp seasoning Juice carrots in juier. Save pulp/drink juice. Finely chop celery, pepper, onion, and tomato. Add carrot pulp to veggies. Knead mayo into mixture. Next knead soy sauce. Finally knead in salt and seasoning.
