Guest guest Posted April 24, 2006 Report Share Posted April 24, 2006 I tossed my pasta with this for dinner last night. Had to share it, very good and even better today for lunch. Sage Pesto 1/2 cup fresh sage leaves 1 1/2 cups fresh parsley leaves 2 or 3 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts (I used walnuts) 1/2 scant cup olive oil salt and pepper to taste Combine sage, parsley, garlic, cheese and nuts in the food processor or blender. Process to mix well. With the machine running, slowly add the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Process to the desired consistemcy. Let stand about 5 minutes to blend flavors and toss with hot pasta. Messenger with Voice. PC-to-Phone calls for ridiculously low rates.
