Teriyaki Sauce 6 tablespoons tamari soy sauce1/2 cup fruit concentrate, apple or white grape 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 4 to 6 limes), or Japanese ponzu sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons arrowroot In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/4 cups of water, the tamari and lime juice to a boil. While the sauce is boiling, add the fruit juice concentrate, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together the arrowroot with 2 tablespoons of water. Add this to the simmering sauce and cook, Stirring, for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. 2 1/4 cups.
