I know someone who may be able to do it. ;>) It was in another post today. GB kimchi (was Re: homemade tempeh) Erin, Thanks to your previous mention of kimchi, we have been making it continuosly and have had a jar in the fridge at all times - enjoying it alot. One question for you...I recently read an article that mentioned adding some kind of powder to get the process going. Do you know anything about that? Does it make it more nutritious? Up until now I've just done veggies and salt and water and it's been very good. It does lack the " cheesy/squeaky " quality that I loved in the Rejuvenative Foods jar, though.
