Guest guest Posted April 23, 2006 Report Share Posted April 23, 2006 Garlic Pepper I love this on boiled new potatoes and plain white rice. 8 teaspoons garlic powder 4 1/2 teaspoons black pepper 1 tablespoon parsley flakes In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.
