Guest guest Posted April 22, 2006 Report Share Posted April 22, 2006 My most recent RTF non-recipe turned out to be a spicy noodle casserole with whole wheat rotini, soy sour cream, vegan mayo, 1/2 can chipotles, 1/2 can green chilies, 1 roasted red pepper, some green onion parts, some cilantro, 1/2 block nacho Vegan Gourmet cheese, can of corn, partial can of black olives, partial jar of jalapeno nacho rings. I loved it, dh gave it a " pretty good " , too spicy for kids. It didn't have any " fishy " flavor but just reminded me of a tuna casserole. Because I always have a ton of opened jars of pickled items in my fridge, sometimes I chop 'em, mix 'em up with soy cream cheese, spread on a tortilla, roll up and slice like sushi. Fun food!
