I started because of the animal cruelty, but have learned more about the lifestyle and am adapting myself more and more. There is much to learn. It does not have to be so bland and boring! I do like spicy foods, and am in the process of losing weight as well. My schedule with work and taking my daughter to school activities does not leave me a lot of free time, I will post when I can. I bought a rotisserie and would love to be able to do some foods in that. I am thinking along the lines of kabobs, so if anyone has any ideas, I would be most grateful. Thanks for having me.
