Fettuccine Alfredo

 

1 1/2 tbsps. olive oil 2 garlic cloves, minced 3/4 cup soy milk

2 tsps. all-purpose flour 3 tbsps. nutritional yeast dash nutmeg

3 cups fettuccine noodles, cooked

 

Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet and lightly saute the garlic

until it is fragrant. Stir in the flour and continue to stir for 1 minute.

Slowly pour in the milk and continue to stir until the sauce is smooth. Continue

to stir until the sauce begins to thicken. Turn of the heat & stir in the

nutritional yeast. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve over cooked noodles. serves 2.
