feta tofu

there was no lite feta yesterday and I was making a

greek dinner... they had some feta flavoured tofu on

sale for 99 cents so I decided to try it

 

it was ok, not amazing but not disgusting.. i'll stick

to regular feta. It's ok in a sandwich, not on it's

own.

 

Also, it was made by unisoya, and I never liked their

tofu much to begin with - that could have had

something to do with it
