Guest guest Posted April 21, 2006 Report Share Posted April 21, 2006 I like to boil spaghetti and while it's boiling I will saute some onions, garlic, shallot, mushrooms, red bell pepper, 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts, cilantro and a little sprinkle of Mrs. Dash , red pepper flakes, salt & pepper in some olive oil. Just before it's done to a crisp tender I will add a shot if tequila and then add the pasta. A sprinkle of parmesan is good on top but not necessary. I never gave this a name. What shall I call it?
