Guest guest Posted April 21, 2006 Report Share Posted April 21, 2006 Radish Relish 2 cups radishes, thinly sliced 1/2 cup onion, chopped 3 tbsps. orange juice 2 tbsps lime juice 2 tbsps. fresh cilantro, finely chopped 2 tbsps. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
