Hi Amy

I was upset because when I made the recipe last time i got yelled at for using

the wrong cheese. My daughter uses a low-fat vegetarian cheese Veggie lite I

think it awful, cardboard cheese and doesn't work well for me..So i was hoping

someone could suggest a cheese for me to use..I hate getting yelled at.

I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you, I'm a little under the weather.

I am also sorry to anyone else who replyed to my email I haven't had a chance

to read all the mail yet.

Is that a vegan cheese? I'm sure someone here will help! :-) I only

know that Tillamook has a great cheddar that vegetarian (uses

non-animal rennet), but it's still dairy...
