I have been a veg for over 25 years and just saw on Chupa's recipe EVOO and didn't know it meant " extra virgin olive oil " I too learn something new in here every single day. I saw that on Joanie's recipes as well and forgot to ask. The newbies need to know that Amy taught us about RTF and it means " raid the fridge " and that's what she does on Weds nights, cleans up leftovers.
