Guest guest
Hi to all, I didn't post in here for a very long time. Sorry for that. I read trhe posts on weekends. I grew up in Germany with this and make it now for my daughter and husband once a week. Hope that you like it. Sandy German Noodle Side Dish Some tablespoons of butter or margarine 1 whole onion, chopped 1 pound can of sauerkraut, don't drain it 1 pound package of wide noodles, cooked Melt the butter and partially cook up the onion. Add the sauerkraut and cook until butter is absorbed and it's hot. Stir in the cooked noodles. This is good with the vegetarian brats. When I serve this I sprinkle some fresh cut herbs over the top. Chives, or little parsley, watercress, cilantro or sage. Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1 & cent;/min.
