If you fall in this category, then spicy foods are probably not good

for you. I know you don't like chilis anyway so that is good you

don't eat those. Radishes are probably not the best thing since they

are mildly spicy. These are just general tendencies and of course

everyone is different. It is probably good not to eat anything in the

nightshade family like tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, eggplant. Golden

beets would be better for you. White radishes tend to be hotter than

red so they would probably not be as good. If you tend to get

rashes , it is probalby best to cut down on the amount of these

foods. Fried foods are one of the worst.
