Lemon Tahini Dressing

 

1 1/2 cups olive oil

1/2 cup tahini

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 bell pepper, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/4 onion chopped

5 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 tsp. pepper

dash of cayenne

2 tsp. soy sauce

 

Blend all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Store in refrigerator.
